What does the grader check?
Thirteen deterministic things: HTTPS, whether the page loads, title and meta description quality, a main heading, mobile viewport, whether the page opens with a real answer, JSON-LD structured data, FAQ schema, LocalBusiness or Organization schema, whether robots.txt blocks AI crawlers like GPTBot and ClaudeBot, a sitemap, and llms.txt. Each check has a point value and a specific fix.
Does AI read my site when I run this?
No. The checks are plain code looking at your HTML, robots.txt, and sitemap. No AI model is involved, nothing is stored, and we do not keep your URL or results.
Why does being readable by AI crawlers matter?
A growing share of buying research starts as a question to an AI engine instead of a search. Those engines can only recommend businesses whose sites they can crawl and understand. Pew Research found links in AI summaries get clicked far less than classic results, which makes being the cited answer worth more, and being invisible worth less.
