Industries

The problems we solve, business by business.

Nobody is shopping for AI use cases. Owners want to know you understand their business and the problems that come with it. So here is where AI earns its keep in the industries we work with, organized by the challenge, not the technology.

Every industry here also has example builds, step by step →

Home services & trades

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, junk removal, roofing

See example builds

the challenge

The trucks make the money and the office eats the evenings. Quotes go out fast during the busy season and follow-up dies, because everyone is in the field. Invoices slip to Sunday night, renewals lapse quietly, and every one of those is money the business already earned the chance at.

what we build

Written estimates built from a tech’s photos and notes, follow-up sequences on every open quote that send with your ok, maintenance and seasonal renewals tracked and chased, same-day invoicing, review responses in your voice, and reminders that go out on time.

what changes

  • Quotes stop going cold while the crew is on a roof
  • Invoices leave the day the job closes
  • Renewals stop lapsing from nobody chasing them
  • The owner gets evenings back

Medical & dental practices

Private practices, clinics, dental offices

See example builds

the challenge

The front desk is buried in recalls, insurance paperwork, and routine patient questions, and every shortcut is governed by HIPAA. Patients quietly go overdue, claim denials sit unappealed because appeals take time nobody has, and the easy fixes on the market gamble with patient data.

what we build

Recall and reactivation tracking with outreach drafted for staff approval, insurance denial appeals assembled from the record for your biller’s review, and intake paperwork prepared ahead of the visit. Built only under a business associate agreement or on hardware inside the practice, so patient data never leaves.

what changes

  • A fuller schedule from patients you already have
  • Denied money gets appealed instead of written off
  • Staff face patients instead of paperwork
  • The data question is settled before the feature question

Accounting firms

Small firms, bookkeepers, tax practices

See example builds

the challenge

Client documents arrive in every format, the numbers live in tools that do not talk to each other, and season turns routine client back-and-forth into a wall. The billable work is judgment; most of the day is not judgment.

what we build

Pulling numbers off documents and receipts, reconciling across systems, sorting client intake and requests, and drafting the routine replies for review. Client financials run on a business tier with the right agreement or on a private on-prem setup, and a person signs off on anything that touches the books.

what changes

  • Hours back per return during the crunch
  • Clients get answers the same day
  • The team spends its time on judgment calls
  • Nothing reaches the books without a human sign-off

Restaurants

Independent restaurants, small groups, catering operations

See example builds

the challenge

Food cost creeps invoice by invoice and nobody has time to catch it. Reviews decide who walks in, and catering quotes sit half sold because the follow-up never happens between services.

what we build

Supplier invoices matched against what was ordered so price creep gets caught the week it starts, every review answered within a day in your voice, catering and private-event quotes chased until they close or die honestly, schedules drafted, and menus kept consistent everywhere they live online.

what changes

  • Price creep caught early instead of at month-end
  • Every review gets a real answer within a day
  • Catering revenue stops leaking from silence
  • The manager’s office hours shrink

Auto repair shops

Independent shops, multi-bay operations

See example builds

the challenge

The largest pile of pre-sold revenue in the building is the work customers declined, and nobody follows up on it. Service reminders go out late or never, and estimates and invoices lag behind the bays.

what we build

Follow-up on declined work, service and inspection reminders on schedule, estimates drafted from the tech’s notes and photos, review responses in your voice, and invoices out the day the car leaves.

what changes

  • Declined work comes back as booked jobs
  • Steadier bays from reminders that actually go out
  • Paperwork keeps pace with the shop floor
  • Customers you already have stop drifting away

Property managers

Residential and small commercial portfolios

See example builds

the challenge

The maintenance inbox eats the most staff time in the company, lease renewals sneak up, and owner reports consume days that were supposed to go to growing the portfolio.

what we build

Every incoming maintenance request read and routed with the right urgency, lease renewals tracked and surfaced early, monthly owner reports drafted from data you already have, listing descriptions written, and rent reminders sent before small balances become big ones.

what changes

  • Renewals handled before they become vacancies
  • Maintenance triage stops eating the day
  • Owner reports go out on time, every month
  • Small balances stop growing into disputes

Real estate agents

Agents and small teams

See example builds

the challenge

Speed to lead decides who gets the client, the past-client pipeline is where most future business lives, and both go cold the moment you get busy, which is exactly when it matters.

what we build

New leads answered within minutes with a real response, past clients kept warm with genuinely personal touches drafted for your approval, listing descriptions written from the property details, and every transaction’s deadlines tracked so nothing slips during the busy weeks.

what changes

  • Leads hear back before the other agent calls
  • A warm past-client base that refers
  • Deadlines hold even in the busiest weeks
  • Listing copy done in minutes, in your voice

before we recommend anything

How we evaluate every opportunity.

Every idea that comes out of an assessment has to clear the same six questions first.

  • Will it increase revenue?
  • Will it reduce operating costs?
  • Will it improve your customers’ experience?
  • Will it make your people more productive?
  • Will the return be measurable?
  • Is it practical for a business your size?

If the answers are no, we say so and recommend nothing. Sometimes the honest end of an assessment is “not yet,” and the plan is yours to keep either way.
