Local & Private AI · on hardware you own

Private AI, on hardware you own.

When your data cannot leave the building, the AI comes to you. A machine in your office does the work and keeps everything on site. You pay for it once, and nothing gets sent to the cloud.

30 minutes on Google Meet with the engineer, watching the setup run on our own hardware. Booking it starts nothing else: no assessment, no hardware purchase.

Who this is for

Law firms, medical and dental offices, accountants, and anyone with client-confidentiality rules or data that just should not go to a third party.

It handles the same everyday work as our cloud setups, drafting outreach, sorting intake, reconciling across tools, except it stays inside your walls. One machine you own instead of a per-seat bill that runs forever.

Data does not have to stay in-house? Frontier AI is usually more capable and cheaper to set up.

Send the engineer some context

Tell us about your environment and what cannot leave the building. The engineer replies by the next business morning, usually with a demo time. This does not start a paid engagement.

Automated intake, human engineering accountability. AI may route your request; the engineer reviews it and owns the reply.

Private AI FAQ

What is private, on-prem AI?
The AI runs on a machine sitting in your own office instead of a cloud service. It does the same kind of day-to-day work, drafting, sorting, reconciling, but your files never leave the building.
Why keep it in-house instead of the cloud?
Two reasons usually. Your data stays on site, which matters if you are a law firm or a medical or accounting office with rules about that. And you pay once for a machine you own instead of a monthly per-seat bill that never stops. Thirty seats at $30 a month is over ten grand a year, every year.
Is it as good as the cloud models?
A local machine is bounded by its hardware, so for the hardest jobs the big cloud models are stronger. For everyday work most private setups do fine. If capability matters more than keeping data in-house, start with frontier AI.
Do you set it up in person?
Yes. We bring the hardware, get it configured around your workflows, and support it after. You can see the same setup running on our own gear first.
