Advisory · fixed price

Where is AI actually worth it for your business?

A short, fixed-price engagement. We look at how you actually work and write up where AI would earn its keep, with rough numbers on what it saves and what it costs to build. If none of it pencils out, we tell you that, and you have not spent much finding out.

The assessment is the paid step, and it never starts before a free call and a written scope you approve.

how it works

From first call to finished work.

No mystery about what happens next. You see every stage before you commit to any of it.

01

Talk to an engineer

Free, 30 minutes

Explain the work eating your time, the tools involved, and what you have already tried. This is the person who would build it, not a salesperson.

02

Get a go or no-go

By the next business morning

You hear whether there is a real AI opportunity, whether an existing product is the better answer, or whether it is not worth doing at all.

03

Approve a fixed-price assessment

$1,500 to $3,000

Only if it makes sense. Nothing starts until the scope, price, inputs, timeline, and deliverables are set in writing.

04

Get the roadmap, decide

It is yours to keep

A ranked plan with real numbers. Build it with us or take it elsewhere. If we build it, the assessment fee comes off the build.

What you walk away with

  • A ranked list of what to automate first, most useful thing at the top
  • Rough numbers on the time and money each one gives back
  • An honest read on whether to buy something off the shelf or build it
  • A plan in plain language that is yours to keep

before we recommend anything

How we evaluate every opportunity.

Every idea that comes out of an assessment has to clear the same six questions first.

  • Will it increase revenue?
  • Will it reduce operating costs?
  • Will it improve your customers’ experience?
  • Will it make your people more productive?
  • Will the return be measurable?
  • Is it practical for a business your size?

If the answers are no, we say so and recommend nothing. Sometimes the honest end of an assessment is “not yet,” and the plan is yours to keep either way.

Send the engineer some context

This does not start a paid engagement. It gives the engineer enough to prepare for a free call, after which you get a straight recommendation and, if it fits, a fixed-price assessment scope to approve. We reply by the next business morning.

Please do not include passwords, client records, or other sensitive data.

Automated intake, human engineering accountability. AI may route your request; the engineer reviews it and owns the reply.

Assessment FAQ

What is the assessment, exactly?
A short engagement, fixed price. We spend time understanding how your business actually runs, then hand you a written plan: where AI would help, roughly what it saves, and what it would take to build. You also get an hour to walk through it and ask questions.
What does it cost, and what if I do not build anything?
It runs $1,500 to $3,000 depending on the size of the business. The plan is yours to keep and act on however you want. If you do build with us, the fee comes off the build.
Who is it for?
Owners of small and mid-sized businesses, roughly 10 to 100 people, who know AI is probably worth something but have no idea where to start or what is a waste of money.
